The AZ100 auto-zero valve is specifically designed for applications requiring auto-zero calibration, such as HVAC systems and medical ventilators. Engineered to integrate seamlessly with Superior Sensor Technology’s pressure sensors, the AZ100 mounts directly onto the sensor and connects to the pressure sensor ports without additional tubing.

As a fully integrated valve housed in a single plastic enclosure, the AZ100 streamlines manufacturing and reduces assembly costs. Its compact design minimizes PCB space usage, allowing manufacturers to use the same PCBA for systems with or without auto-zero functionality.

The AZ100 has been rigorously tested to exceed 1 million cycles, offering exceptional reliability and ensuring long-term performance. For instance, with an auto-zero function performed every 15 minutes, the AZ100 can deliver more than 28 years of service life. Its direct connection to the pressure ports also eliminates potential reliability concerns associated with poor sensor-to-valve connections.
