CP Series Overview
Most positive airway pressure designs require two pressure sensors: one for the differential measurement needed for breath detection and flow, and another for the gauge measurement needed for mask pressure monitoring. The CP Series replaces both with a single NimbleSense device, combining fully independent differential and gauge channels in one package and offering 64 configurable measurement combinations built specifically for CPAP, BiPAP, and APAP.
Integrated dual sensing

Snore detection (CP203/CP303)
CP203 and CP303 models include integrated snore detection. This built‑in capability helps manufacturers refine auto‑titration behavior while keeping system design simpler and more compact.
Integrated closed-loop control (CP202/CP302)
Stable PAP therapy depends on a control loop that continuously adjusts motor output to maintain target mask pressure through each breath cycle, patient movement, and mask-fit variations. CP202 and CP302 provide an integrated closed-loop control that drives the motor, eliminating the microcontroller round-trip required by software-based pressure regulation. The result is tighter regulation around the therapy target, faster response to patient breathing events, and more stable mask pressure delivery.
Fast 2-millisecond response
A 2‑millisecond update rate delivers breath‑by‑breath fidelity across both measurement channels. Inspiratory and expiratory transitions, mask leak events, and apnea detection all depend on distinguishing true pressure changes from the noise generated by the PAP motor and blower. The 2‑ms rate ensures the sensor keeps pace with the fastest physiologically relevant events in PAP therapy.
Advanced digital filtering (optional)
PAP motors and blowers generate broadband pressure noise that couples directly into the measurement path. The optional advanced digital filtering stage applies multi‑order filtering to both the differential and gauge channels, removing motor‑induced noise and delivering clean pressure outputs that accurately reflect patient and mask conditions without slowing the 2 ms update rate.
