Industrial Pressure Sensors
Most industrial process deviations start with a pressure reading the control system trusted but shouldn’t have. Superior’s ND Series was built for the extended temperature range, noise immunity, and long-term stability that precision industrial applications cannot compromise.
Absolute, Differential, and Gauge Pressure Sensors
Industrial pressure sensors face harsher conditions than most applications: pump and motor vibration corrupts signals, elevated process temperatures push beyond standard operating ranges, and installed systems run continuously for months between calibration intervals. Superior Sensor’s NimbleSense architecture is built for exactly these conditions. Multi-order digital filtering removes pump, motor, and electromechanical noise at the front end, before it can affect process readings or trigger false events in connected control systems. Multi-Range technology consolidates up to seven pressure ranges into a single ND Series device, reducing SKU count and simplifying qualification in regulated environments such as bioprocessing and clean room monitoring. An integrated pressure switch enables over-pressure events to trigger protective responses directly at the sensor, without additional hardware, a capability particularly valuable in advanced manufacturing, robotics, and leak detection. Long-term stability across an extended operating temperature range keeps installed sensors accurate between calibration cycles, as required by industrial and regulatory standards.
